Tenure-track position in documentary media production at Skidmore College

The MDOCS + Media and Film Studies Programs at Skidmore College have opened the application for a new Tenure-Track line.

We welcome candidates who:

  • are creative non-fiction makers

  • work in one or more of the following mediums: film, video, audio, photography, multi-media, interactive media, installation, performance

  • have strong creative portfolios that demonstrate innovative and hybrid approaches to documentary media

  • have a body of work that reflects a commitment to ethically produced, community-based media

  • are critically engaged with the current landscape and legacy of documentary media from a global perspective

College level teaching and service experience is desired.
MFA or PhD in documentary media production or related field is required.
