Sheep’s Brother

The shepherd Petre alleges, that “it runs in his blood. ” His father and his grandfather were shepherds and for the past 10 years he has run a successful alpine dairy in Romania. But it gets more difficult every year to find motivated shepherds. Petre is still unmarried, but he knows what life is all about and what he is missing. The film shows the hardships of a pastoral life - every evening milking and making cheese- and other remnants of a slowly perishing shepherd’s tradition.
